[NATURE?]
We like to define ourselves as an organisation of opportunities. What drives us since 1996, is creating opportunities for young people to develop their potential and to broaden their horizon. Throughout mind stretching activities within an experiential approach, we create an environment where young people can experiment, define challenges and realize them.
We aim specifically, but not exclusively, towards disadvantaged young people. In inclusive programmes, we use the richness of diversity to create and enhance social networks between young people with very different social or cultural backgrounds. Exclusive programs for target groups allow us to adapt our approach to the very specific needs of youngsters living in public institutions. With our appreciative approach we strive to make the difference for those youngsters.
In specific projects like our suicide prevention programme for youngsters, we deliberately seek healing therapeutic effects [see www.adventuretherapy.eu].
We share our methodological expertise [experiential learning , group dynamics,...], in both short- and longterm training courses. We propose, for instance, a Post Graduate programme on Adventure Educaion at the Odisee University College in Brussels. Youthworkers, educators and social workers also find a wide range of technical training programmes in our offer.
